Emails are checked every evening, if booking by email you can expect a response within 24 hours.
Conditions
- 30% deposit payable at time of booking
- Full refund less $20 for cancellations received up to 14 days prior to booking date
- 50% of deposit refunded for cancellations received 7 - 14 days prior to booking date, unless the cottage is re-booked in which case a full refund less $20 will be given.
- No refund for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to booking date unless the cottage is re-booked. If re-booking occurs, full refund less $20 will be given.
